  1. Preheat your oven on 370F (185C)
  2. Mixed together in a bowl: Flour, baking powder, eggs, oil, salt, nutmeg.
  3. Add the nutmilk and nutritional yeast.
  4. In a blender, chop the arugula with the pistachios roughly (a few pulses and you're good!). Add the mixture to the mixing bowl. add the seeds last! you want them whole...
  5. Divide the batter into 12 muffins molds and bake for 15-20min. (check at 15')
