- Preheat your oven on 370F (185C)
- Mixed together in a bowl: Flour, baking powder, eggs, oil, salt, nutmeg.
- Add the nutmilk and nutritional yeast.
- In a blender, chop the arugula with the pistachios roughly (a few pulses and you're good!). Add the mixture to the mixing bowl. add the seeds last! you want them whole...
- Divide the batter into 12 muffins molds and bake for 15-20min. (check at 15')
