HOW MANY DAYS of “RESET” DO YOU NEED?

It is always a good idea to offer your body a form of rest from an excess of “toxic” foods and lifestyle habits, to allow it to restore and repair, using the right fuel. The longer the reset, the more benefits you will yield out of it, but a day of clean eating will already give you a good idea of how your body can perform, given the right foods.

CHOOSE YOUR MEAL PLAN: 1, 2 or 3 days *?

RESET MEAL PLANS start on Tuesdays

  • Orders need to be placed before noon the Sunday before.

  • 1 and 2-day plans are delivered to you on Monday (for Tue/Wed)

  • You will receive your 3-day plan in two deliveries: Monday (for Tues/Wed) & Wednesday (for Thur)

    * 1-day= 3 meals

RECEIVE & STORE YOUR PACKAGE

  • Delivery windows are 12-3pm or 4-7pm (choose at checkout).

  • Store your package in your fridge for up to 3 days!


ENJOY YOUR day(s) of ‘RESET’

  1. In the morning, give your SMOOTHIE a good shake and take your time to drink it!

  2. At lunch, grab your NUTRIBOWL and sit down to eat it mindfully. Pour the dressing provided and enjoy each bite!

The Story BEHIND THIS RESET MEAL PLAN…

“As a Nutrition & Health coach, I see transformational changes in the clients I work with, when they start adding more organic foods, more “greens” in their daily life, slowly eliminating the more processed, sugar-loaded type foods.

BUT not everyone has the time to prepare healthy, nourishing meals three times a day!

So I decided to approach my mission from both angles: “coaching” and “delivering”

3 TIPS For Better Results:

1. Hydrate regularly between your meals

lemon water and herbal teas are great options to help you reduce hunger cravings

2. Refrain from snacking outside these 3 meals.

Let your digestive system “rest and repair”

3. Eat diner early and try to go to bed before 10pm!

This way you are effortlessly “intermittent fasting”, which will help you improve your insulin sensitivity and manage your weight!

The more days you follow this way of eating, the better the results, as your gut microbiome will slowly get healthier, leading to potential overall health improvements, such as:
