Instructions
- In a food processor, add carrots, and pulse for 30sec
- add cooked chickpeas and garlic and pulse for 15 sec
- add flour and sesame, salt and pepper and pulse for 30 sec until you reached sticky consistency.
- in the palm of your hand, make small balls and refrigerate.
- (NOTE: You can eat them raw!!! or keep and cook later:-)
- When ready to prepare, cook in an air fryer for about 10 minutes.
- alternative : heat up a pan with avocado oil (sustains high heat) and fry the falafels until golden, turning and rolling to achieve a better look.
