Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add carrots, and pulse for 30sec
  2. add cooked chickpeas and garlic and pulse for 15 sec
  3. add flour and sesame, salt and pepper and pulse for 30 sec until you reached sticky consistency.
  4. in the palm of your hand, make small balls and refrigerate.
  5. (NOTE: You can eat them raw!!! or keep and cook later:-)
  6. When ready to prepare, cook in an air fryer for about 10 minutes.
  7. alternative : heat up a pan with avocado oil (sustains high heat) and fry the falafels until golden, turning and rolling to achieve a better look.
  8. Enjoy!
