  1. Soften the onion and garlic in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. (Skip this part if you want to make it 100%raw)
  2. Meanwhile place all other ingredients in a food processor and pulse for 20-30 sec.
  3. Add the onion garlic mixture and pulse again until you reach paté consistency.(Option to add cayenne pepper for a little kick)
  4. Serve in individual glass containers with lids. Keep one in the fridge to enjoy that week, and feel free to freeze one pot for future use at a friends dinner for instance😉
  5. Serve it with glutenfree crackers or simply veggie sticks!!
