Looking for a KETO friendly way (high protein, healthy fat and low carbs) to make delicious healthy crab cakes at home, without the hassle of multiple ingredients? Try mixing these 5 ingredients together in a bowl (2 min), while heating up a pan with olive oil. Then spoon out small amounts to create your crabcakes (they will be flat, not ball shaped). Cook them for 3-4 min on each side, and serve on top of your salad! Done. and healthy!!Bonus: you don't need added salt as the crab contains natural salt water:-)

- In a bowl, beat an egg then add the mayo, cilantro, lime juice, green onion . Mix well.
- Add in the lump crab meat and combined.
- In a large saute pan, melt the olive oil over medium high heat.
- Spoon out a portion (1/4) of the crab mixture and gently place in the sizzling pan. Repeat so you have all 4 crabcakes in the pan.
- Cook on medium for 3-4 minutes until browned. Gently flip and cook on the other side for 3-4 minutes.
