Bored of Hummus? Try making dips with leftover (or canned) cooked lentils, instead. and have fun varying the spices and herbs! This lentil dip is delicious and highly nutritious. Perfect mini meal snack for the mid afternoon. Make a large batch and keep it in your fridge for the week! Add to your lunch bowls or dinner plates, and keep creating more healthy meals for you and your family, in just 5 minutes:-)

Instructions

  1. place all ingredients (except sesame seeds) into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Taste and adjust with sea salt (option to add a drop of honey and lemon juice to bring out more flavours!)
  2. Add the sesame seeds and pulse again a few times to mix.
  3. serve with a drizzle of olive oil and enjoy with a few raw carrots, celery or cucumber sticks.
