This is not your usual salad, and trust me you'll want to make more of these more often. It takes no time, and the bold asian flavours will make you think about salads in a totally new way! Did I mention I has all the markers of a nutritious, healthy plate? Grab your ingredients and follow these simple steps.

Instructions

  1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a glass jar with lid. Shake vigorously and reserve a small amount to use as dressing over your salad, later. Place your shrimps in the glass jar to marinate and reserve in the fridge while preparing your salad. 
  2. Assemble your salad on a plate with avocado, mango, clementine, peppers and edamame.
  3. Cook your shrimps: discard the marinade and place shrimps on a hot sauté pan. Cook on high for about 2 min on one side, and another minute on the other side. Add to the center of your plate
  4. Drizzle a little bit of the reserved dressing over your salad, and garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro. Option to add microgreens as per photo.
