Brussel Sprouts and Kale are two cruciferous vegetables, which contain important sulfur compounds that support the liver's health and detoxification pathways. This is why eating raw cruciferous veggies is a great idea on your health journey, and this salad recipe will make it taste divine... Have you ever tried cashew cheese dressing? One more reason to stay away from dairy... Add to these veggies, the acidity of the pomegranate, and the sweet crunch from the glazed nuts& seeds. A healthy source of fat like the avocado, and you're in for a nutritious treat. Feel free to add a boiled egg to your salad for extra protein!
