When you are planning a clean eating day, fruits and vegetables are what you should really reach out for. Even better than that? A plate with green veggies, incorporating cruciferous as well and fibers and healthy fats. try to stay away from store bought dressing and remember that your best call in times of "reset" is a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice with a pinch of sea salt! I like to call it my Green Detox Salad.

Instructions

  1. Chop Kale thinly and mix with dressing ingredients in a large bowl. Massage with your hands to soften the kale (much more digestible)
  2. Add broccoli, celery, avocado and seeds.
  3. That's it! Serve with a side of quinoa for extra protein and nutrients if you wish. Option to add a fried egg too;-)
