Instructions

  1. Place all salad ingredients in order of appearance in the ingredient list into a bowl plate.
  2. Meanwhile in a food processor place all dressing ingredients and pulse for 1-2 minutes scraping down the sides until liquified.. (you might want to double or quadruple the recipe to make a larger batch to reuse later).
  3. Pour some of the dressing over your salad bowl and add a form of protein for a complete lunch! (grilled tempeh or chicken make a perfect match!)
