- Separately cook the rice and lentils as per package directions or use leftovers!
- In a bowl plate, arrange all bowl ingredients as per picture.
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a glass container with lid and shake vigorously.
- Serve dressing over macrobiotic bowl and add a pinch of Himalayan salt!
