    Instructions

    1. Place chopped onion butternut cubes in a pot, with olive oil and sauté for about 5 min until starts to brown. 
    2. Add all spices and salt and further cook for 1 minute. It should start smelling amazing.
    3. Pour in the water (or broth) - keeping the coconut milk for after the cooking process.
    4. Cover and pressure cook for 5min (or cook on the stove for about 15min until squash is tender). Release the pressure and transfer the soup into a high speed blender. 
    5. adjust the liquid amount to your taste. 
    6. when ready to serve pour a tbsp of coconut. ilk over your soup and gently blend with a spoon.
