  1. Place all ingredients (except water) in a food processor and pulse for 10 sec. 
  2. With a spatula, bring down the mixture from the sides. Pulse again for 10 sec.
  3. Add water to dilute. Pulse again. 
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve with pistachio edamame and herbs on top. Add a drizzle of olive oil, and enjoy!!
