  1. In a pan, sauté the onion, garlic and zucchini in ghee (or olive oil) for 3-5 min until fragrant.
  2. Add sea salt and water (or broth) and bring to a boil.
  3. Turn off the heat (no need to over cook) and drop the thawn peas and fresh mint in the pan.
  4. Transfer to a high speed blender with the desired amount of liquid (retain a few peas for decoration if you want) and blend until smooth.
  5. Serve with a hint of cayenne pepper flakes, a few fresh peas and a fresh mint leaf!
