If like me you have an addiction for dark chocolate, and are looking for an indulging dessert without too much guilt, try this unmissable recipe with almond powder and coconut milk! A chocolate fondant that is totally addictive - with zero Gluten and lower in sugar than in most chocolate cakes!Look at this melting chocolate heart with thin crispy layer at the top. Miam!I like adding a few sea salt crystals on top and serving it with a coconut sorbet or vanilla ice cream...

  1. Preheat oven on 170C (. F) . Melt butter and chocolate together (bain marie better- microwave okay)
  2. In a large mixing bowl whisk together eggs and sugar until creamy. Add in the chocolate/butter mix and whisk to combine
  3. Add almond powder. whisk. Add coconut milk. whisk. the mixture is ready!
  4. butter a round tart mold (18-20cm diameter). then add almond powder and tap all around. Add the mixture and bake in oven for 30min!
  5. cool down (or not) and serve!
