Here is a simple recipe to prepare tasty seaweed and 7 reasons why we should eat seaweed:THYROID: Seaweed contains a concentrated source of iodine and tyrosine (amino acid). These antioxidants protect your body from cell damage.GUT HEALTH: Seaweed contains fiber which can be used as food sources for the bacteria in your gut.   1. Place the dried seaweed flakes in a strainer with fine mesh, and rinse for 1 min under fresh water, too rehydrate the leaves and get rid of the excess sea salt.
  2. Drain and place the seaweeds in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and combine with a fork. Taste and adjust to your liking.
  3. Serve as a side dish for a fish or just as a healthy snack:-)
