- Place the dried seaweed flakes in a strainer with fine mesh, and rinse for 1 min under fresh water, too rehydrate the leaves and get rid of the excess sea salt.
- Drain and place the seaweeds in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and combine with a fork. Taste and adjust to your liking.
- Serve as a side dish for a fish or just as a healthy snack:-)
