Instructions

  1. Mix together all dressing ingredients and reserve.
  2. Cook 1 cup quinoa with 1 1/2 cup water (or broth) as per package instructions (20min)
  3. Meanwhile chop and slice all "toppings" as per instructions.
  4. Create your bowls starting with quinoa (warm or cold) as a base, then displaying each "topping" in circle .
  5. Finish with sesame seeds, cilantro and a lime wedge and pour a small amount of the asian dressing over your bowl! Enjoy!
