Instructions

  1. Prepare the vinaigrette mixing all ingredients in a small container and shaking vigorously. reserve
  2. in a bowl shaped plate, place the green leaves. Add the shredded cabbage& carrot, then the chopped avocado. Continue with sliced strawberries, spring onion and top with sunflower seeds. (Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt to enhance flavours.)
  3. Option to add fresh herbs like Mint or Basil. I added pickled onions too...completely optional!
  4. Serve with this delicious strawberry vinaigrette. Enjoy!
