No oil or butter needed for these chewy golden chocolate tofu brownies. Silken tofu is the secret ingredient that will make your brownies moist and low fat!The taste of Tofu is undetectable!The kids loved it!

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Put tofu in a large bowl and whisk until smooth. Add cornstarch and baking soda. Stir well.
  3. Add sugar, flour, salt, vanilla extract, water and cacao powder and mix well.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts and mix well.
  5. Oil a brownie pan (or 8"X8" pan) and pour the batter in.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  7. Take the brownies out of the oven and let cool to room temperature. Slice into individual portions and enjoy, with vegan coconut ice cream.
